Zwar scheinen die Krämpfe etwas seltener aufzutreten, aber leider vertrage ich die Kapseln nicht besonders gut. Selbst wenn ich sie zum Essen einnehme, grummelt mein Magen danach oft bedenklich. Für Menschen mit empfindlichem Magen ist diese hohe Dosis vielleicht nicht optimal geeignet.
