I bought this Haut Haare Nägel skin hair and nails supplement about three months ago. I was suffering from brittle nails and thinning hair after a stressful year. The composition seems very comprehensive. I noticed my nails aren’t breaking as easily as they used to, though my hair hasn’t shown massive changes yet. The capsules are easy enough to swallow with a glass of water. I’d give it top marks for the nail improvement alone, but I’m waiting to see more hair growth. Good stuff overall, though.
