Leider habe ich dieses Zinkpräparat überhaupt nicht gut vertragen. Obwohl ich es wie empfohlen zu einer großen Mahlzeit eingenommen habe, wurde mir danach jedes Mal stark übel. Die Dosierung von 30mg als Picolinat ist vielleicht einfach zu hoch für meinen empfindlichen Magen. Musste es leider absetzen.
